Molokhiya Recipe

Ingredients

4 Cups of chicken or meat stock

Frozen ALGHAZAL Molokhia

1 Tablespoon of butter

5 to 6 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Tablespoon of dry coriander

Recipe

Bring 2 cups of chicken or meat stock to a boil in a heavy sauce pot.

Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown.

Stir in 1/2 a kilo of meat cubes and sauté until browned.

Add the necessary hot water to cook them with the juice of 2 fresh tomatoes or a tablespoon of tomato concentrate.

Season to taste with salt and condiments as desired.

When meat is cooked, add frozen ALGHAZAL Okra with 5 to 6 cloves of garlic.

Add more hot water if needed and leave to simmer until obtaining a smooth sauce.

At the end of cooking, add lemon juice at will.

Serve with rice aside.

Okra Recipe

Ingredients

1 Diced onion

1/2 kilo of meat cubes

2 Fresh tomatoes juice or tomato concentrate

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the ALGHAZAL Frozen Molokhia while stirring from time to time until reaching complete homogeneity.

Season to taste with salt.

In a separate frying pan, heat a tablespoon of butter and fry 5 to 6 crushed garlic cloves with a tablespoon of dry coriander.

Stir into the soup, as it starts boiling remove immediately from the heat.

Serve with rice aside and fried chicken.

Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons of butter

1 Diced onion

1/4 Kilo of minced meat

Tomato paste

Frozen ALGHAZAL Spinach

5-6 Mashed cloves of garlic

1 Tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander leaves

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown.

Stir in 1/4 kilo of minced meat, sauté until browned.

Add salt, tomato paste and the frozen ALGHAZAL Spinach to be cooked all together.

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a separate small frying pan.

Add 5-6 mashed cloves of garlic and a tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander leaves (Cilantro).

Stir immediately into the spinach. Serve with rice aside.

Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

Combine ALGHAZAL Frozen Strawberries with some water or milk; add sugar as desired in a blender and process until smooth.

APour into glasses and serve immediately or the mixture can also be served frozen.

Peas Recipe

Frozen ALGHAZAL Mixed Vegetables

Oil and lemon juice

Recipe

Add the frozen ALGHAZAL Mixed Vegetables to boiling salted water in a saucepan and boil until desired tenderness.

Drain the Vegetables and season to taste with oil and lemon juice.

After refrigeration and before serving, you can also mix it together with mayonnaise.

Fresh Orange Juice

Ingredients

4 large oranges

Ice cubes (optional)

Recipe

Roll the oranges on the counter with your hand to make them easier to juice.

Cut the oranges in half.

Squeeze the juice out using a citrus juicer or by hand.

Pour the fresh orange juice into a glass.

5. Add ice cubes if you like your juice chilled.

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cauliflower Mash Recipe

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-12 minutes.

Drain and transfer to a food processor.

Crispy French Fries

Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

3 cups vegetable oil for frying

Salt to taste

Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or your favorite seasoning

Recipe

Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the potatoes in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
